HB2U

I want to share this card I just finished, and had so much fun coloring this image and playing with bright colors!  I absolutely love fairy images and Some Odd Girl has some of my favorite ones.  This one is Dandelion Fairy, and I think she is just adorable!  I found this circle pattern paper in my stash and decided to go with the circle theme and traced the circle on white 12x12 cardstock, folded in half and cut out, leaving the fold.  I used primas, enamel dots (gumdrops from Your Next Stamp..LOVE these) and colored her with copics.  I colored the HB2U stickers with my black copics and glued them on the banner.

Surprise, Just For You

Hi everyone, just want to direct ya over to Your Next Stamp where I am guest designing this month and today they are having a special monthly post, head over and check them out, leave a comment for your chance to win!!!

From the YNS blog

It's time for our monthly inspirational blog post! This is a special monthly blog post to give you an extra dose of YNS inspiration!

I used this darling stamp called SURPRISE from YOUR NEXT STAMP to make this little gift bag.  I colored her up with copics, added the sentiment from the same stamp set and cut it out with my MFT Blueprints 13 set, added some flowers and gems and tulle to tie it closed.

It's the perfect size to slip a gift card inside, a small gift or even some cash!   I hope you like my project and will go check it out over at YNS!  :D

Happy B-day Dad!

I used this cute freebie from Torico over at Birdie Brown for this card and used the sketch from
Seize the Birthday (Birthday Honors) challenge blog.  I am entering  both of the challenges on those sites.

I used copics, some paper from my 6x6 paper pads...various ones, a couple of brads, and colored white sticker letters with my copic to match the color a little better to the paper and brads.

I will stick this in my stash to use for my dad's birthday in OCT....never can  be too prepared!! ;)

Birthday Card and sketch challenge

I was playing around with a few challenges and made this card.  It is based on the sketch over at Sketches by Carly+ #54 and it also fits the challenge at Paper Playtime-+say it with sentiments theme-Birthday Card.  And also Bitten by the Bug 2-Balloons and Birthday Card.

I used an older scrapbook kit with coordinating papers, cut the bear and balloon from Create a Critter and put it all together.

That's it for me today, a nice, quickie post.  Now I'm off to do some reading!!

Hope you all have a wonderful Sunday.
