Thank goodness for Guardian Angels

I got a text message last weekend from my ex saying there had been a bad crash, but that Jordan was ok. They were out camping at the dunes and were riding 4-wheelers and rhinos. The rhino that Jordan was in rolled.... halfway down a huge hill. One of the guys had to be life-flighted back into Vegas, but the others just had minor injuries. How they stopped halfway down the hill is a miracle in itself. Jordan seriously thought they were all gonna die and when they stopped, they thought their friend had died. If they had continued rolling, the outcome I'm sure would have been much worse. Needless to say, I don't think Jordan is all that anxious to be jumping back into the saddle...it might take him awhile before he's ready to 4-wheel again.

I pray for his safety everyday and truely feel like he was protected and looked after. That is a parents worst nightmare, to have their child hurt or worse in any kind of accident. I told his dad that I better never have another phone call or text like that again, but the only thing I can do is pray and have faith that Jordan will continue to be watched over. I love this boy, he really is a great kid and am grateful to be his mother.
